Senior inspector André Fux, played by Marcus Keller was
the second partner of Semir Gerkhan, after Frank Stolte left the department, he debuted in the 1st episode of the 2nd season ''Shot gun''. He and Semir formed a good relationship. The friendship between the two will become closer and will last until his alleged death, which takes place in Spain in the island of Mallorca in the double episode "Lone victory", after being on a secondment there with Semir, hanging by a thread at the hands of a major arms dealer Carlos Berger, during the last confrontation, Carlos injured him by firing a harpoon gun, he then fell out of the boat and into the sea, Semir then jumped into the water and then searched for him but to no avail. He went missing. Semir dealt with this loss with a lot of pain, sometime later, he overcame the grief. In the episode ''Blind love'', Semir goes to his grave to visit him, along with Tom Kranich, which was his colleague at the time, realizes what his colleague's feelings had meant for his death. André is a skilled martial arts fighter which makes him stronger and faster, unlike other Semir, his partners and other officers, he is very impulsive and does not always think of the consequences of the actions and gestures he makes. During one episode, in which he is falsely accused of murder, he had beaten the real perpetrator to death of the murder and so because of this, he was suspended from service for some time. Nevertheless, the presence of Semir besides him, makes him a stopper to his instincts. The two form a pair so well equalized. Sometimes he also knew someone who was interested in him, as it happens in the episode "Blackmailing". He does not hide a soft stance against Andrea Schäfer, then their secretary and later, Semir's wife, in the days when he was working with him. In 2013, he returns to the series in the 1st episode of the 19th season "Resurrection", he saved Semir and his daughter from an ambush by criminals at the last moment. He told Semir that he was alive all of those years and started a new life after being found by a fisherman in a critical condition, back in Mallorca. Sometime later, he joined the Bundeskriminalamt agency of the federal police of Germany and was hunting down the killers that were responsible for the death of his wife and daughter 4 years prior. Semir later discovered that he had truly joined the crime syndicate, the same that almost killed him. He was collaborating with the gang in order to get information from him and the department. In Switzerland on a mission, after bargaining and fighting with each other, Semir and André crashed in the Alps, he holds André by the hand but was forced to let go of him because he could not hold him anymore, he makes an emotional farewell by saying to Semir ''Goodbye, partner'' and finally dies by falling into the void down the cliff.
